RIP Warren "Skoots" Lyndon Articles / All Topics Posted by Rowland on Jun 01, 2020 - 02:48 PM Warren “Skoots” Lyndon, youngest brother of Allman Brothers Band original tour manager/photographer Twiggs Lyndon, died June 1, 2020 in his hometown of Macon, GA. Skoots worked the road on numerous tours over the years for The Allman Brothers Band, as well as The Dixie Dregs, Steve Morse and Deep Purple. He was well-loved by the entire Allman Brothers Band Family. His untimely passing brings the ABB another dose of great sadness; he will be missed by all who knew him and loved him. Skoots, say hello to all the guys up there for us; let them know we will all be there soon enough.
